JSC "Amber Latvijas balzams" informs that Luminor Bank AS, Latvian Branch has submitted a demand to JSC "Amber Latvijas balzams" requiring it to fulfil the outstanding obligations of Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. towards the bank in the amount of 18,5mEUR based on the security provided by JSC "Amber Latvijas balzams" in favour of the bank.
JSC "Amber Latvijas balzams" notes that, by the decision of the Riga City Court dated 5 February 2026 in civil case No. C771004226, the application submitted by JSC "Amber Latvijas balzams" for Legal Protection Proceedings (TAP) was accepted and TAP of JSC "Amber Latvijas balzams" were initiated.
By the decision of the Riga City Court dated 28 April 2026, the period during which the legal effects of the TAP apply was extended until 5 August 2026, and the deadline for preparing and coordinating the TAP Plan was set as 5 October 2026.
