AB East West Agro, legal entity code 300588407 (hereinafter – the Company), hereby informs that on 15 April 2026 it received a notification from the member of the Board, Danas Šidlauskas, regarding the sale transactions carried out by him on 15 April 2026 in respect of ordinary registered shares of AB East West Agro (ISIN code: LT0000132060), about which the Company has disclosed information in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
According to the received notification, on that day, through approximately 30 transactions, a total of 1,843 shares were sold for a total amount of EUR 23,505.40. During these transactions, the prices fluctuated during the same day from EUR 15.60 to EUR 10.20 per share.
The Company also informs that on 16 April 2026 it received a notification from the member of the Board, Danas Šidlauskas, regarding the sale transactions carried out by him on 16 April 2026 in respect of ordinary registered shares of AB East West Agro (ISIN code: LT0000132060), about which the Company has disclosed information in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
According to the received notification, on that day, through approximately 14 transactions, a total of 567 shares were sold for a total amount of EUR 7,495.60. During these transactions, the prices fluctuated during the same day from EUR 13.50 to EUR 13.10 per share.
On 15 April 2026, having noticed these transactions, and prior to receiving the notification from the member of the Board and without knowing the identity of the person carrying them out, the Company informed the competent market supervisory authority – the Bank of Lithuania – in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
The Company notes that these transactions were carried out on the personal initiative of the member of the Board. The Company is not directly related to these transactions and does not have information regarding the reasons for entering into such transactions.
