On April 7 this year, IPAS INDEXO (hereinafter – INDEXO) acquired an additional 250,000 shares of AS DelfinGroup (hereinafter – DelfinGroup) in an over-the-counter transaction, representing 0.55% of all DelfinGroup shares. As a result of the transaction, INDEXO’s shareholding in the share capital of DelfinGroup will increase to 72.07%.
The transaction price was EUR 1.40 per DelfinGroup share. The price was determined taking into account the market value of DelfinGroup shares, future development forecasts, and the size of the transaction.
