According to the decision made by the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn on March 12, 2026, in the first series of the programme up to 100,000, in case of over-subscription up to 140,000 Apollo Group OÜ bonds with nominal value of EUR 500 (Apollo Group bond 26-2031, ISIN code: EE0000003499) will be admitted to trading on Baltic Bond List after the conditions set by the Committee are met.
The aforementioned conditions are met as of March 20, 2026. Proceeding from the above and according the offer results, 100,000 Apollo Group bonds will be admitted to trading on the Baltic Bond List as of March 23, 2026.
