On 12 February 2026, the Enterprise Register registered an increase in the share capital of IPAS Indexo (hereinafter – INDEXO). The total share capital of the company amounts to EUR 10,321,753 (ten million three hundred twenty-one thousand seven hundred fifty-three euros). On 13 February 2026, the Enterprise Register also registered an increase in the share capital of AS INDEXO Banka (hereinafter – INDEXO Bank). The total share capital of INDEXO Bank amounts to EUR 28,225,002 (twenty-eight million two hundred twenty-five thousand two euros).
As a result of the closed share offering, INDEXO’s share capital was increased by EUR 73,892 (seventy-three thousand eight hundred ninety-two euros) through the issuance of 73,892 (seventy-three thousand eight hundred ninety-two) new dematerialised shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 (one euro) per share. Following the increase, the total share capital of INDEXO amounts to EUR 10,321,753 (ten million three hundred twenty-one thousand seven hundred fifty-three euros).
Based on the decision adopted at the shareholders’ meeting of INDEXO Bank held on 11 February 2026, the share capital of INDEXO Bank was increased by EUR 900,000 (nine hundred thousand euros) through the issuance of 900,000 (nine hundred thousand) new dematerialised shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 (one euro) per share.
Following the increase, the total share capital of INDEXO Bank amounts to EUR 28,225,002 (twenty-eight million two hundred twenty-five thousand two euros).
