UAB Legal Balance (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has received a notification of transaction by a person closely related to a person holding managerial responsibilities (see the attachment). The notification is related to UAB Dvim investicija, which is closely related to Vaidotas Pupalaigias, a member of the Board of the Company.
On February 4, 2026 UAB Dvim investicija concluded a bond subscription agreement with the Company in accordance with the decision of the Board of the Company to issue bonds on February 25, 2025. 50 units of bonds were purchased, with a total nominal value of EUR 50,000.
