Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. informs that by the decision of the Rīgas pilsētas tiesa (Riga City Court) dated 5th February 2026, Legal Protection Proceedings (TAP) have been initiated for JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams”.
By the court’s decision, JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams” has been granted a deadline until 5th June 2026 for the preparation of the legal protection proceedings measures plan and coordinate it with creditors, and to submit the creditor-approved plan to the court for approval no later than on the next day following the end of the term set for the preparation and coordination of the plan.
