In January 2026, amendments to the guarantee line agreement with Signet Bank AS were signed, increasing the maximum guarantee limit to EUR 530,000.
In accordance with the amended agreement, on 2 February 2026 the Republic of Latvia Register of Enterprises registered changes to the Company’s commercial pledge. A second-ranking commercial pledge was established in favor of Signet Bank AS pledging all current and future assets of SIA GIVEN Latvia, securing maximum claim amount up to EUR 1,045,425. The pledge agreement grants the pledgee the right to enforce the security through a private sale without auction and restricts the re-pledging of the pledged assets.
