Nasdaq Riga Management Board decided on February 2, 2026, to apply observation status to AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" (BAL1R, ISIN:LV0000100808).
Observation status is applied according to Nasdaq Riga rules “On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments on the Markets Regulated by the Exchange” Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 9, which stipulates that Exchange shall place shares on the observation status if other circumstances influencing the Issuer’s activity have occurred which may materially threaten the interests of the investors, and in cases when it is important to turn the attention of market participants to a substantial circumstance related to the relevant financial instrument or its Issuer.
AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" has published the announcement, informing that on January 30, 2026, AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" has filed request to Riga City Court to initiate legal protection proceedings in order to restructure financial obligations.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
