AS PN Project has received notification from UAB Matuda, a closely related person to person discharging managerial responsibilities within AS PN Project, on transactions with AS PN Project bonds.
The transaction involving bonds of AS “PN Project” concerned the sale of bonds by UAB Matuda to AS PN Project. The purpose of the transaction was to ensure that AS PN Project can directly provide bonds under a standing arrangement with the investment service provider AS Mintos Marketplace, acting as a selling agent, for the placement and distribution of AS PN Project bonds to investors through an investment platform. Within this framework, the investment service provider offers investors notes backed by AS PN Project bonds, and the bonds are sold as part of the bond placement process. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AS PN Project maintains the right to sell the purchased bonds to potential investors and other bondholders, or to cancel the bonds, in accordance with the terms of the Base Prospectus of the programme for the issuance of bonds in the amount of EUR 75,000,000, dated 24 April 2025.
