HERO, the new business center in Vilnius opened on 1 September 2025, continues to expand its tenant base. Two new companies will take up over 3,000 square meters of HERO’s premises.
In December, a lease agreement with “Flo Health LTU“ UAB was signed. Flo Health is the #1 women’s health application with more than 440 million users worldwide. “Flo Health LTU“ UAB will lease over 2,800 m2 of office space and shall accommodate three floors of the building.
Earlier this month, lease agreement with “Ebury Lietuva” UAB, the Lithuanian subsidiary of the UK-registered fintech company “Ebury” was signed. The company will lease an office of 320 square meters.
The two lease transactions with tenants from smart technology industry will strongly reinforce the tenant mix of the property, which already houses their industry peer Wire Salad, and leading companies in their respective business sectors – PwC, Sirin Development, COBALT, Colliers, Sapiegos klinika, etc.
Current occupancy of the building is 12,000 square meters, which corresponds to 37% of GLA.
With total GLA of 31,500 square meters HERO is the first business center in Lithuania seeking to obtain two international sustainability certifications – WELL Gold and BREEAM Excellent. The building promotes human well-being, by blending unique healthy work environment, innovative construction and engineering solutions, and carefully considered architectural design.
Sostinės bokštai UAB, the company related to one of Lithuania’s largest real estate developers Realco, raised financing from the market for the construction of the project through seven bond issuance tranches. 1,500 investors from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia collectively invested nearly EUR 57 million. It is estimated that the total investments into the project will reach approximately EUR 112 million.
