On 23.12.2025., Bank of Latvia received an application from SIA “POM” to obtain a permission to express a share buyback offer for the exclusion of shares of AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs” from the regulated market in accordance with Article 14 of the Share Buy-back Law.

4. Offer period: 30 days from the publication of the prospectus on the website of the regulated market operator.
Bank of Latvia will make a decision on granting or refusing permission to make the offer within 10 business days after receiving all documents specified in Article 21 of the Share Buy-back Law.
