The energy commodities trader and convenience store network AS VIRŠI-A (hereinafter – Virši) announces that, as of 1 January 2026, its certified adviser and market maker will be Signet Bank AS.
In accordance with the agreements concluded, Signet Bank AS will provide certified adviser and market making services to the Company starting from 1 January 2026.
Virši expresses its gratitude to its former cooperation partners – AS LHV PANK, which provided market making services, as well as the certified adviser ZAB Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns SIA. The professionalism of both partners and their high standards of cooperation over several years have been invaluable in ensuring a successful partnership.
The shares of AS VIRŠI-A are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Baltic First North Market.
The certified adviser for AS VIRŠI-A is the Law Office Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns.
