The transactions carried out December 12, 2025 outside trading venue was executed in accordance with the share purchase option agreement outlined in the AS APF Holdings initial public offering (IPO) prospectus. The agreement, concluded on July 3, 2023, between SIA “J.A. Investment Holdings” and Omni Industries B.V., grants SIA J.A. Investment Holdings the right to exercise the share purchase option within the specified period (from December 1, 2023, to December 1, 2027) for 324,870 Omni Industries B.V. shares at a price of €15.39 per share.
The shares of AS APF Holdings are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Baltic First North Market.
