On December 17, 2025, IPAS INDEXO received notifications from Aigars Kesenfelds and AS ALPPES Capital regarding an increase in major holding.
Aigars Kesenfelds, by participating in INDEXO’s voluntary share buyback offer to AS “DelfinGroup,” has increased his holding in INDEXO to 29.68%. The holding is realized through AS ALPPES Capital.
