About the bond offering:
During the public bond offering, CleanR Grupa is offering up to 15,000 bonds to retail and institutional investors, each with a nominal value of EUR 1,000, a fixed interest rate of 6.5% annually, quarterly interest payment, and a 4-year maturity. The existing bonds, which were previously offered in a private placement, are currently listed on the First North market of Nasdaq Riga. Existing bondholders are invited to take part in the exchange offer. The new bonds will be listed on the Baltic Bond List of Nasdaq Riga.
This marks an important step in the Group’s development strategy and creates new opportunities for Baltic investors to diversify their portfolios by investing in the company operating in a key economic sector.
Under the bond programme, the CleanR Grupa plans to raise up to EUR 50 million, which will be used for refinancing existing liabilities and financing growth, including potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the Baltics. The first tranche, amounting to up to EUR 15 million, will be allocated for the refinancing of existing bonds, with the offering open to both existing and new investors.
