On 17 September this year, a Shareholders’ Meeting of Latvenergo AS was held, at which decisions were made to approve the civil liability insurance for the members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of Latvenergo AS, the new version of the Audit Committee Regulations of Latvenergo AS, and the Shareholder’s Letter of Expectations to Latvenergo for 2027–2031.
The holder of all Latvenergo AS capital shares is the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia, whose interests at the Shareholder's Meeting are represented by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economics or by his authorized representative. The decisions of the Shareholder's Meeting were adopted unanimously.
