In the first half of 2025, the revenue of AB HISK amounted to EUR 31.3 million (EUR 49 million in the first half of 2024), while the net loss amounted to EUR 4.2 million (EUR 1.2 million in the first half of 2024).
"We maintain our position as one of the largest transport infrastructure companies in the Baltic States by consistently investing in the digitization of processes, increasing operational flexibility as well as strengthening human and production and technical resources. The results for the first half of the year are in line with the typical cycle of the transport infrastructure construction sector, as the main period for generating revenue and profit is the second half of the year due to the seasonal nature of the work. For example, in 2023, the company recorded a net loss of EUR 4.5 million in the first half of the year, but ended the year with a positive result. The current portfolio of projects is encouraging, as the road infrastructure segment is highly diversified. This will enable operations to continue during the colder season in the future and help reduce business seasonality.," says Robert Ziminski, CEO of HISK.
On 30 June 2025, the basket of contracts signed/public procurements won by AB HISK amounted to EUR 205.7 million (for comparison, such basket amounted to EUR 60.5 million on 30 June 2023, and to EUR 140 million in 2024). In addition, in August, AB “HISK” signed another construction contract for the “Rail Baltica” project worth nearly EUR 100 million (excluding VAT). This has ensured a solid and sustainable foundation for the company’s future development, with secured project volumes totalling around EUR 300 million for the years 2026–2028.
In the first half of 2025, the consolidated revenue of the HISK group of companies amounted to EUR 79.4 million (EUR 102.6 million in the first half of 2024), while the net loss amounted to EUR 4.39 million (EUR 2.2 million in the first half of 2024).
