UAB Sostinės bokštai, legal entity code 304849153, registered office at Ozo st. 12A-1, 08200 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the Issuer).
The Issuer notifies that The Final Terms for Tranche 7 of UAB Sostinės bokštai notes issue, as authorised by the resolution of the shareholders of the Issuer, dated 18 September 2025, and amended by the resolution of the shareholders of the Issuer, dated 26 September 2025, were further amended by the resolution of the shareholders of the Issuer, dated 29 September 2025 (hereinafter - the Final Terms), by returning allocation and settlement dates of Tranche 7 that were in effect prior to the change. The amended Final Terms for Tranche 7 specify the following dates:
