Vilnius/Riga/Tallinn, Nasdaq Baltic Market, July 29, 2025 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces that starting July 29, the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange will list the bonds issued by the fund Victory Development IV, managed by Demus Asset Management, on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market.
Through its bond offering in Lithuania, the Victory Development IV fund successfully raised EUR 6 million in investments. Investors were offered bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 and yield – 3-month EURIBOR + 7.9%, paid semi-annually. The bond term is 2.5 years, with a redemption date of January 15, 2028. A total of 99 investors from Lithuania acquired the bonds, with an average investment amount of EUR 60,606.
