Tallinn/Riga/Vilnius, Nasdaq Baltic Market, July 22, 2025 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces that as of July 22, the bonds issued by Vli Timber will be admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market by Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.
More than EUR 4 million was raised by Vli Timber via a public bond offering in Lithuania. Each bond has a nominal value of EUR 1,000, with an annual interest rate of 9%, paid quarterly. The bonds have a 3-year maturity, with a redemption date of March 30, 2028.
The bonds were purchased by more than 400 investors, both retail and institutional. Of these, 71% were from Lithuania, 11% from Latvia, and 18% from Estonia. The average investment per investor was more than EUR 9300.
