Considering that the securities of NEO Finance, AB are traded on the alternative market First North, we hereby inform you that a technical error was identified in the minutes of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders of NEO Finance, AB held on 31 March 2025, related to the second item on the agenda: "Approval of the profit (loss) allocation for the year 2024 of the Company."
For this reason, we are publishing a corrected (accurate) draft of the profit (loss) allocation, which must be regarded as the valid and official document when discussing and approving the mentioned item. We additionally note that the amount of undistributed profit remains unchanged due to the technical error and does not affect the financial indicators of NEO Finance, AB.
