The Issuer UAB Sostinės bokštai (legal entity code 304849153, registered office address: Ozo g. 12A-1, 08200 Vilnius) informs that the Bank of Lithuania, by its decision of 24 April 2025, approved the updated base prospectus of UAB Sostinės bokštai for the public offering and admission to trading on Nasdaq Vilnius First North alternative market of the Issuer's notes in the amount of up to EUR 26,536,000, being a part of total EUR 67,000,000 programme (ISIN LT0000408551).

The prospectus has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market, and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC (the Regulation), and its implementing acts, and its approval indicates that the information provided in the prospectus complies with the standards of completeness, comprehensibility and consistency set out in the Regulation.
