Dividend payment ex-date of JSC Amber Latvijas balzams

JSC Amber Latvijas balzams (BAL1R, ISIN: LV0000100808) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment on January 30, 2025 at the end of the working day of the Nasdaq CSD System.

Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is set to be January 29, 2025. From that date, the new owner of the shares is not entitled to receive dividends.

JSC Amber Latvijas balzams will pay dividends of 0.60 EUR per share on January 31, 2025.

JSC Amber Latvijas balzams confirms that the dividends will be paid from profits retained until December 31, 2017.
