Tambov District Court of Tambov Region has issued a decision according to which the shares of the company Amber Talvis owned by Amber Beverage Group Holding S.a r.l. are to be transferred for the favour of the state. Once the motivation for the decision becomes available, the group, along with attorneys, will examine it and use all legal means to protect its rights. If the decision remains in force, it may negatively affect the profitability indicators of the group. However, it will not have an impact on the operational activities, including the availability of spirit and other production materials.
