The minutes of the meeting that did not take place are attached. Persons who attended the meeting have the right to review the minutes and submit their comments in writing within 3 days.
As the meeting did not take place, a reconvened Bondholders’ Meeting will be held on 10 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. remotely via Zoom. The meeting documents, voting ballot and other relevant information are attached to this notice.
