Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (“ABGH”) informs that it has received a notice from AS “Rietumu Banka” requesting early repayment of a loan with an outstanding amount of approximately EUR 6.8 million, including accrued interest and other claims.
ABGH, together with its legal advisers, is assessing the notice and is taking action to protect its interests and those of the group. The group continues its business activities.
ABGH will inform the market of any material developments in accordance with applicable regulations.
