Eleving Group will close the list of bond holders of its bonds (ISIN code DE000A3LL7M4, ticker ELEV130028A) for an early redemption on October 30, 2026.
Proceeding from the above, the bonds of Eleving Group will be traded for the last day on October 27, 2026. According to the Nasdaq Riga Rules on Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments on the Markets Regulated by the Exchange Article 12.2.1., trading with Eleving Group bonds will be suspended starting from October 28, 2026, until the redemption.
The trading with Eleving Group bonds will be terminated on November 2, 2026.
