Sun Investment Group, UAB reminds that a remote bondholders' meeting will be held on 30 October 2026 at 10:00, during which the voting will be held on the proposed extension of the bond maturity date and an increase of the annual interest rate.
As indicated in the notice of the bondholders' meeting published on 8 October 2026 (Due to the convened meeting of bondholders of Sun Investment Group UAB), Sun Investment Group, UAB provides additional information on the circumstances underlying the proposed extension of the bond maturity date (additional information is attached).
This information will also be presented in greater detail during an online informational webinar (in English) scheduled for 27 October 2026 at 11:00. The webinar will cover the issuer's project activities, provide an overview of the relevant circumstances, and offer an opportunity to address questions raised by bondholders.
