On 20 October 2026, a lease agreement was signed with AB "Lietuvos draudimas", legal entity code 110051834, registered address J. Basanavičiaus g. 10, Vilnius, for the lease of 1,492.58 sq. m of premises.
Following this transaction, the total leased area in the "Hermanas" business center reached 3,673 sq. m, which accounts for 34% of the total leasable area.
