On 14th October 2026, a building completion certificate was issued for Building “H” (unique No. 1094-0268-4017) of Phase I of the Tech Zity Vilnius project developed by the Issuer at Panerių g. 43, Vilnius. The completion of Building “H” concludes the construction works of Phase I of the project, in line with the schedule disclosed in the Information Document. It also allows the building to be used for its intended purpose and the premises to be handed over to tenants.
