Vilnius/Riga/Tallinn, Nasdaq Baltic Market, October 12, 2026 – Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that UAB KRS bonds have been admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Baltic First North Market through Nasdaq Vilnius.
The total amount of bonds offered across the Baltic countries is EUR 6 million. Each bond has a nominal value of EUR 1,000 and carries an annual interest rate of 9.25%, payable semi-annually. The bonds mature on April 12, 2029. The company plans to use the proceeds to strengthen its working capital, develop general contracting projects and refinance existing obligations.
“KRS is delivering infrastructure projects that are important both to Lithuania’s economy and to people’s everyday lives. The company is building an advanced therapy center and an infectious diseases facility at Santaros Clinics, has reconstructed the interior spaces of Vilnius Airport terminals, and is developing the new management center for the Klaipėda State Seaport Authority. Its portfolio also includes new kindergartens in Vilnius and the reconstruction of the Klaipėda Summer Stage. These are very different projects, but they share one thing in common: their long-term importance to society. We are pleased that KRS is using the capital market to finance its activities. It is a good example of how investors’ capital can support the growth of companies building the country’s infrastructure,” says Gediminas Varnas, President of Nasdaq Vilnius.
“Our company’s slogan, ‘Building for Future Generations,’ reflects the principle of creating long-term value that guides our everyday work. We bring the same principle to the capital market, seeking long-term cooperation with all market participants based on value creation and realization. I believe it is particularly important that institutional and retail investors participated in the offering in almost equal proportions. In this way, people across the Baltic countries can indirectly contribute to the development of important infrastructure. I would like to thank them, as well as everyone who participated in and contributed to the success of the bond issue,” says Paulius Grigas, CEO of UAB KRS.
The bonds were distributed by UAB FMĮ Orion Securities, with UAB Grant Thornton Baltic acting as trustee.
