JSC "Amber Latvijas Balzams" hereby announces that it has received information that two of its creditors, UBS AG and Luminor Bank, have assigned to a third party, the newly incorporated company SIA “MBO Beverages”, their respective claims arising under the relevant loan agreements entered into with Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l., which are secured by security provided by JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams” in favour of the respective banks.
JSC "Amber Latvijas Balzams" will continue to assess the information available to it and will take such actions as may be required in accordance with applicable law and the procedural requirements applicable to the respective proceedings.
