The open-ended investment company for informed investors Nordspace (hereinafter – the Company) has adopted the decision to issue a new bond issue of up to EUR 10,000,000 (hereinafter – the Bonds). Bonds will be issued in tranches, with the aggregate nominal amount of Tranche 1 of up to EUR 5,000,000. The nominal value of one bond is EUR 1,000 and the annual fixed interest rate is 9%.
The bonds will be offered publicly to investors in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
The net proceeds from the Bonds issue will be used to: (i) refinance the previous bond issue of the Company (ISIN LT0000133720); (ii) finance the Company’s business expansion in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland.
The subscription period for the Bonds of Tranche 1 is 14–24 September 2026 (until 15:30 Vilnius time). The issue price of one Bond is EUR 1,000. The duration of the bond issue is 3 years. The issue date of the Bonds is 30 September 2026.
