AB East West Agro, legal entity code 300588407 (hereinafter – the Company), hereby informs that on September 9, 2026, it received a notification from Danas Šidlauskas, a member of the Board, regarding his disposal transactions involving the ordinary registered shares of AB East West Agro (ISIN code: LT0000132060). The Company has announced these transactions in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
According to the received notification, the following share sale transactions were concluded:
– On September 7, 2026, approximately 1 transaction was concluded for 5 shares;
– On September 7, 2026, approximately 1 transaction was concluded for 333 shares;
– On September 8, 2026, approximately 1 transaction was concluded for 167 shares;
– On September 9, 2026, approximately 1 transaction was concluded for 715 shares;
for a total aggregate amount of EUR 15,001.10.
The Company notes that these transactions were executed solely on the personal initiative of the Board member. The Company is not directly involved in these transactions and possesses no information regarding the reasons behind them.
